CONSOLIDATED PRODUCT SUITES
Products Built with You in Mind
The need for new and custom-tailored property valuation solutions is constant. Clients often want to address specific challenges that require non-traditional valuation solutions to achieve the objective. At Consolidated Analytics we give you the flexibility you need to obtain a reliable, tailored solution, and the exceptional service to ensure success. Our Consolidated Valuation Suite (CV Suite) and our Consolidated Review Suite (CR Suite) was developed to solve both common and unique property valuation challenges.
Consolidated Valuation Suite (CV Suite)
The Consolidated Valuation Suite of solutions consists of hybrid and tech-enabled property valuation products that help you refresh or deepen your valuation.
The Consolidated Evaluation and Reconciliation (CER) is a proprietary diligence product that includes an exterior inspection and opinion of market price completed by a licensed agent coupled with a reviewer’s assessment of the property utilizing an AVM and comparable sale data. The CER can also include a value reconciliation with additional client-provided valuation documents, such as an appraisal, BPO, or property inspection.
The Consolidated Appraisal with Property Inspection (CAPI) is a hybrid appraisal product where a field inspection (interior or exterior) is completed by a licensed real estate agent. Then, that inspection is used in the course of completing a condition-informed valuation by a licensed appraiser.
The Consolidated Rental Viability Assessment (CRVA) offers a field evaluation performed by a local real estate agent and layers on a rental analysis with recently rented comparable properties to provide a rental value estimate. This additional rental analysis can be performed by a local agent in the field or as a desk review add-on by a Consolidated Analytics’ trained analyst.
The Consolidated After Repair Evaluation (CARE) pairs a local real estate agent-completed field evaluation with an after-repair analysis of value based on the extent of repairs provided by the client. The add-on includes repaired comps and a summary of the impact on the value that would be expected based on the scope of repairs. This additional review can be completed by a licensed Appraiser or a Valuations Analyst.
Consolidated Review Suite (CR Suite)
Our Consolidated Review Suite (CR Suite) couples traditional property valuation review products with comprehensive data solutions to deliver an independent and thorough review of property value to validate your strategy or prompt course correction.
The CVA provides an independent reconciled price estimate utilizing AVM and comparable sale data along with other online data sources such as MLS, public records, flood, imagery, and client-provided pricing information such as but not limited to BPO, appraisal, or any other relevant data. This desktop reconciliation is geared towards evaluating a property over the course of servicing an asset.
The Consolidated Valuation Reconciliation (CVR) is a value reconciliation completed on one or two client provided valuation documents (BPO, Appraisal, etc.) by trained valuation analysts. The product utilizes real-time MLS and other comparable sale data in the determination of value.
Consolidated Collateral Analysis (CCA) is a collateral risk reporting tool that assesses the integrity and accuracy of an underlying appraisal by combining a licensed review appraiser’s analysis and commentary with an intelligent, rules-driven risk score and an Automated Valuation Model (AVM).
Consolidated Collateral Analysis – Advanced Review (CCA – AR) provides a comprehensive appraisal review for repurchase defense, buy-backs, litigation defense, tax appeals, non-performance on asset loans, or retrospective analysis to understand whether the original appraisal was materially deficient,
lacking adequate support or if market conditions have driven a change in value.
The Consolidated Renovation Impact Analysis (CRIA) after-repair analysis of value based on a client-provided scope of repairs. The review includes repaired comps and a summary of the impact to a value that would be expected based on the scope of repairs. This can be completed by a licensed appraiser or by a Consolidated Analytics Valuation Analyst.
